摘 要:
以美国红叶紫薇优株当年生半木质化枝条为外植体, 采用丛芽发生途径, 建立其组培快繁技术体系。结果表明, 最适腋芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg•L-1+IBA 0.05 mg•L-1, 诱导率高达88%; 最佳增殖培养基为ZW (改良的WPM)+6-BA 0.5 mg•L-1+IBA 0.05 mg•L-1, 增殖系数可达5.21, 芽高4.6 cm; 生根最适培养基为ZW+IBA 0.5 mg•L-1, 生根率100%, 平均每株苗生根4~5条。炼苗后, 移栽于泥炭土和珍珠岩3:1 (V/V)的混合基质中, 成活率高达95%以上。关键词:美国红叶紫薇; 组织培养; 基本培养基; 快速繁殖

Abstract:
Tissue cultural techniques for Lagerstroemia indica ‘Pink Velour’ were studied through clustered bud cultivation with 1-year-old semi-lignified shoots as explants. The results showed that the suitable induction medium was MS medium containing 1.0 mg•L-1 6-BA and 0.05 mg•L-1 IBA, the induction rate of which reached 88%. The suitable proliferation medium with the robust and orderly buds was ZW (modified WPM) medium containing 0.5 mg•L-1 6-BA and 0.05 mg•L-1 IBA, the multiplication coefficient of which was 5.21 roughly. The suitable rooting medium was ZW medium containing 0.5 mg•L-1 IBA, the rooting rate of which reached 100%. The transplanting matrix were peat and pearlite (3:1, V/V), and the transplanting survival rate of which was up to 95%.Key words: Lagerstroemia indica ‘Pink Velour’; tissue culture; basal medium; rapid propagation
